Today I received my Philips QT 4011 /15 Pro Skin Advanced Trimmer. First of all I want to make it clear that it is a trimmer and not a shaver. It can give you a look like you have shaved one or 2 days back.
The price mentioned on Philips website is 2295. This is the MRP also mentioned on the box of product. That means no discount is given by Philips. I ordered it from amazon and got at Rs 1698.
I got a black colored trimmer with Red comb. It has a charger. You can use the trimmer while the charger is plugged in. It comes with a nice lime yellow LED indicator for charging.
Blades are titanium coated. I don’t think whether it will enhance their life or it is just a marketing strategy. The main game changer is the "charging time".
ON one side other trimmer from Philips takes around 8-9 hours for full charge this one takes only 1 hour for full charge. That s why te extra 700-800 bucks are added to the price. After receiving the product I trimmed my 6 cm long beard and shaved my head and still it has some juice left. So battery life seems to be impressive. You will get a phillips pouch to keep the trimmer and also you will be getting two years warranty. If you register it on Phillips website they will give one more year additional warranty.
