The worst earphone purchased till yet.
Philips usually offers good quality electronics and customer services.i have had the worst experience of both. One side of earpiece stopped working in just 2 months. While buying it from paytm we were given 12 months warranty. Also the same is mentioned in the warranty card given with it. I went to claim the warranty at nearby service center of Philips near Byculla station. The service center person said that the warranty in only of 6 months. I went after 7 months from purchase. The same was mentioned on the website. Atlast I did not get warranty claim just because the company decided to change warranty period.
