My name is Bharani, I also bought this two weeks before in Reliance digital chennai, It was working well only during the first one month. After that it just stopped cleaning and could not suck even a small piece of paper, that is, it stopped doing what it was supposed to do and started just making sounds. It cost Rs. 2695, Its not worth for money. Am totally fed-up with this product.
I called to customer-care they are not responding, so please dont buy this product. If you want to buy just go to eureka forbes vacuum cleaner.
