Poor service

I live in gurgaon and bought this product last year. Recently I started noticing a change in the water taste as though the purifier is not doing its job which is not expected as per the claims by the company that they have inbuilt feature in it called auto locking which means pure water or no water as shown frequently in their advt. There is also issues with connectivity with water supply. I am frequently calling plumber to fix the leakage problem but in vain each time plumber fixes the leakage problem it crops up again within few days.


Finally I decided to call up the customer care to get it checked but to my surprise they demanded 180 bucks as registration charges and that too in warranty period. I am using other brand products too but never came across such kind of so called registration charges.


Initially I was attracted by the sleek design of this product and thought a good company like philips will also provide good customer service too but I was wrong.


Nice strategy to fool customers. Keep it up!
