Quick to install, good looks, ease of use

After few years of drinking tap water I finally decided to buy a water purifier. I’m located in Pune.

INSTALLATION:

I bought the Philips Water Purified from Croma for Rs. 6999, I believe they had a deal. The very next day I got an SMS saying a guy would come at certain time to install the purifier. The actual installation is hardly 15 minutes job. The person explained me how it works and gave a whole demo.

EASE OF USE:

We use it everyday once and fill up all the required water at one go. There is music feature to keep your feets moving :)

ADVANTAGES IN MY OPINION:

  1. Unlike Aquaguard or Aquapure, in case of Philips you can buy the filter from any authorized Philips store and install it yourself. The demo did cover that and it looked very straightforward. I haven’t installed it yet, however the cost is around Rs. 600 and capacity is 3000 liters per filter.

  2. Philips purifier has 9 watt bulb inside, and in Aquaguard or pure the Croma guy mentioned they have 8 watt bulb. So the 9 watt bulb last longer. BTW similar to filter, even the bulbs needs replacement, only thing is they are not frequent. I wont compare service with Aquaguard or Aquasure since I haven’t had experience.

Did you know?

Aquaguard and Aquasure are both from Eureka forbes. Aquaguard is directly sold through sales guy so they use Aquaguard brand. Aquasure is sold by dealers i.e. stores like Croma and so on and they use Aquasure brand.

I believe Aquasure is cheaper.
