I bought this Phillips iron 1900 series.Having very good performance.It comes with golden coating sole plate very smooth running on clothes steam ia superb fine I am a very old user of steam irons and my experience steam irons should be simple and easy to use easy to fill water easy to empty the tank I really recommend all users to use only filtered water which can enhance the iron’s life dirty water may deposit the dust particles etc on sole plate and it is very important to keep empty the water after every use otherwise it will descrease the life of your iron & all clothes doesnt need steam action it is wise idea to keep a normal daily use & use its steam only when required the steam press & this is preety amazing to use easy to hold better than any other iron!
