A series of sudden illnesses prompted us to check out for the most affordable and quality water filter. We had the advantage of comparing several water purifiers at Croma. The staff of Croma was very helpful , and we are very grateful to their assistance. We finally zeroed down on the " Phillips Water Purifier : WP 3892 " , after seriously checking out the other competitive models from Kent , Whirlpool and Aquaguard. We liked the Phillips for its sleek looks and the simple use of features.
We also realized that it was quite state of the art and very aesthetically looking. We were told by Croma that he installation would normally take about 48 hours , and after repeated insistence from my side, I was told that Phillips would try and complete it within 6 hours. Within an hour after the purchase, I received a confirmation from Phillips that the installation would be completed within 24 hours.
However to my suprize, I received a call from the technician that they would finish the installation within the next 2 hours. As promised, the installation was completed within 3 hours of the purchase. The operation of the purifier was fully explained by the Phillips technician , Mr.Santosh. I’m very happy with the features , the product , the price and more importantly , the service by Croma and Phillips. I strongly recommend this product to all those who are planning to change to more advanced water purifying solutions.
