In my view this a much hyped purifier, it might have the jazz but the conventional purifiers are far better. The manual says that the user can change the filter oneself but the filter is not easily available.
Filter is available only at the service centres and they aren’t too many in this vast city of Mumbai. So one ends up calling for a technician to change the filter for which he charges Rs. 100/- and honestly it is a 2 minute job.
Other problem that I have faced twice is leakage from the outlet luckily both times the machine was under warranty.
Lastly, the quality of people attending calls at the call centre are very average, they ask for consumer’s complete details everytime a call is placed to them even when a call reference number, which is given by them, is mentioned.
