When I first watched the promo of the show, I felt as if there was hope for Indian television industry. I was hoping for an intense show that will be a roller coaster ride. The story apppeared like a breeze of fresh air and I was excited to watch it. At 8’o clock sharp, I struggled with my brother for the remote control and switched on to Star Plus.
The first episode was beyond expectations, the leading characters were not only good looking, but both had such a sparking chemistry that kept me stuck till the last second. There was intensity in their looks and fire in their eyes, but gradually after a first few 10-12 episodes, the fire started diminshing and a much more subte and cliche’ atmosphere was presented to the viewers.
The lead actor Pearl V Puri was not only charming, but also remnded me of Varun Dhawan, but for the last few episodes not only the actor looks tired but alsi his character has stopped appealing to me. It feels as if the actors are not only cooling down, but also are becoming more accustomed to the usual daily soap stereotypes. Alas! I can just hope for the show to take an upturn rather than going downhill.
