Yeah, this is exactly the thought that comes to my mind whenever I visit this place. And I have visited this number of times. Though the exterior is not very appealing(wish the Management would read my review and change the colour of building and make it visual appealing to the public), the expectations received from the interior is really much appreciable.
Reliance(the market section), though you need to come up really few more good stuff and lower down on your price. The mall appeases the appetite from the middle level to the higher level of society. The stuff is simply awesome. Some of the stuff unfortunately cannot be afforded by the mid- & upper-mid class though. The food court is always clean and quite well maintained, which is normally not found in most of the malls around Mumbai. The flip side is they need to introduce more cuisine than the normal fare.
However, the other restaurants with a variety of cuisines in the different parts of the mall make up for what is not available at the food court. The children section with their games, various contests coming up now and again, Snow world is awesome. The review wouldn’t be complete without the mention of the PVR. So well maintained, the ticket rates aren’t too exorbitant. They have recently inaugurated the Artistic / Business centre. That is in extension part. I really haven’t had a chance to visit it yet.
The visit to the main building takes up most of the time that you just don’t get the time to visit the Extension. Overall, a pleasant experience even if you are just for your window shopping. You tend to forget your worries and lower your stress levels looking at the lovely stuff.
