I used this phone only 1 month I bought this phone secondhand from the local mobile shop. According to me Acer beTouch E101 is not good phone, it is not 3g phone it is only 2g, it has 3.2 inch screen which is too small, it has MS window mobile 6.5 professional, it has only 256MB ram and 512 MB rom, it support microsd card, it has the problems to run the applications, it has only 2 MP camera secondary camera is not available, its sound quality is average, it don’t have WLAN it has only Bluetooth for the connectivity, its battery backup also not good enough. I don’t like this phone, and its screen color quality and contrast is not good, it has speaker at the above side which decreases its look, it don’t has good look overall, this phone is not user friendly and the screen touch quality is also poor. finally I don’t recommended it to anyone. Please don’t buy the acer betouch e101
