I have installed Phonepe as I saw an ad posted in the newspaper and it gives very good cash back offers for upi payments and for referring our friends. I want to let you know that I have done more than 2000rs transaction and no cash back offers are received till date. One such example is io have done rs 1658 recharge for my Airtel Dth payment and the transaction was failed for two times due to technical error and the third time time the transaction was successful. The app has mentioned a flat rs 30 cash back for dth recharge of 350 and above and the terms and conditions are we will receive the payments within 24hrs. After 15 days of transaction till now no cash back is received. When I contacted the support executive only ticketid was issued and still the response is pending from the customer executive side. The app is established with flipkart and is reliable as they have good cash back offers. I didnot except this from an established brand and they just promote the offers such as BHUMI, upi, cash back offers but no amount is credited back. I suggest dont trust this app for recharge payments better we look for some other digital payments which provide cash back promptly.
