Now it’s approx 2 years I have started use of PhonePe and till now I am very satisfied with its performance, concept, offers, usefulness. It never compromised its features. When I started using this app several facilities are not there such as NBPDCL electricity bill payment, money transfer to several Bank , gold purchase etc. So I have to go the electricity office for bill payment, to the bank for money transfer but not its all old stories. These facilities are now one click away from me. Still I am not giving it 5star because I have faced some problems too. Such as when I tried to pay electricity bill 6months ago it said bill already paid but its not paid at that time. One more thing which I disliked that their cashback or referral bonus can’t be transfered to bank. Also number of offers coming are reduced now. So PhonePe have to work over it.
