Phonepe is really a disgusting app. First of all I could not register in this app. I tried again and again. At last I could register. This app have many glitches. The app makes fake promises. They claims that they give cashback reward but I don’t get any reward. I have completed many offeres but they don’t give me any cashback.This app has not any customer suppot.
Most irritating problem is the transaction issue. some days ago I send some money to my friend. My account balance was reduced but the money still not credited to my friend’s account. I lost my money. Even for momey transfer from wallet to bank I have gold but money don’t go to my account . It is a fraud app.
In my view the app should resolve it’s glitches. And should a customer supportive app. It should improve it’s functions.
