Worst service ever

Very bad experience. They have no clue what’s happening in their own platform. Standard responses to tickets - only to protect SLAs and no intention to resolve issues. PhonePe took my money for a travel insurance policy, but, then kept saying it’s pending due to technical error. Travel insurance is tied to travel dates and I had to buy another policy. Now PhonePe is still going in circles without a clue. I demanding a refund. Even their grievance redressal process is very vague. Pathetic cheaters.
