Concept- Phonepe is the best app concept till date. Until Phonepe was not founded the concept was just limited to wallet function i.e. u could only put ur money in some online wallet and then use it to transfer to other’s a/c or use it for recharge. But this app is so much advanced to transfer money from ur account to other’s. Earlier u had to use neft or other sources to transfer but this has made so easy transfers.
The mpin function has made us feeling so relax as the OTP function was a bit frustrating.
Layout and design- the function is designed for easy use. Even a first tym user can use this app easily.
Feature and functions- as I hv told earlier the mpin is the best feature till date. You don’t hv to receive an OTP and put it for every transaction. U even don’t hv to put all the details of ur bank account. U just hv to select ur bank and it automatically fetches ur bank account and all details. So it is quite user friendly.
It is very much useful for a frequent online banking user.
