It is fraud app.it has been horrible experience using phone pay at spencer.i made a payment and amount deducted from my account but bill not genarated.spencer refuse to accept my payment as it was not showing in their system. payment deducted from my account and not given to spencer.i had heated argument at spencer and was a launching stock . neither do phone pay has any customer care number so that you can contact.please don’t use this app.these poeple are fruad and will take you money.I also raised ticket no 2065953 with them and they promised to resolve issue in 2 days but no response from them on mail or on message help
