Phonepe is one of worst online payment app. Phonepe cheated me twice by not giving referral credential. And also they have not returned my cashback amount two times. It’s concept is similar as other online payment app, nothing innovative idea is added. Layout & design doesn’t sound good & also not gives clear idea about their offers. It does not have any special feature or function compared other apps available in market in today’s date. But we have to agree that app usefull in some sense. They don’t provide proper customer care service. Customer has to chat with computer operated system, which can’t solve customers problem. This is why many customers hates phonepe.
