Phonpe cheated me and they have no explaination to my querries.
I purchased 3 items from myntra using phonpe . They offered 10 % cash back for the purchase and Rs 200 was credited in my account. But I had to returned a defective item worth Rs 429. Phonepe credited the refund but the amount credited was wrong. I have raised a complain but they are giving me nonsense replies only. This can continue to be used on PhonePe (recharges, bill payments, etc.)
Refunded amount less of cashback will be credited back to the source of funds used while making payment.

My dear, I am sorry to say, either you don’t know English&math or you don’t want to understand my problem Rs 200 cash back was received for paying Rs 2056.68 (10% cash back, max limit Rs200) I returned a item worth Rs 429. So maximum of Rs 42.9 (10%) should be deducted from my wallet but phonepe has deducted all cash back I.e Rs 200. So tell me where has the cash back for the non returned items (worth Rs 1627.55) gone? 10% of 1627.55 is Rs 162(approx) where is that money gone?

Hopeless fellows. Before the refund I had Rs 200 in my wallet (I.e. the 10% cashback received for paying Rs2056 to myntra to buy 3 items) since I returned 1 item worth Rs429, the credit in my account should be 429-42.9(I.e.10% of429) =Rs386 so the total balance in my account right now should be Rs200 +386 = Rs586 But I have only 429 in my wallet. That means you have forfeited the 10% cash back received for the other two items as well. WHY? I need an answer
