I had made a transaction of 7000 RS on 24th Jan 2019 and the receiver did not receive the amount and history of phone pe stated transaction failed. Raised it to customer care they said Money will be debited by 29th Jan which dint happen and again followed up on the same issue , next promise was it will be credited by 4th Feb and I patiently waited and it failed again.
On Feb 4th money was still not credited to my account. I called customer care from morning 10 till 1 in the noon but they gave me lame explanation . I then decided to go to the store and talk to them face to face .
They started explaining how the transaction happens and its not in there hand to resolve rather blamed the bank who deducted my money. At the end I somehow fought and made sure that my money is back.
Please dont use this app anymore.
