1 refund from Swiggy for rs 880
Total owed to me rs 2172
The app shows refund processed but money is nowhere to be seen, it’s not in the wallet, not in the bank account.
Customer service is non existent, you will never communicate with a human, only get automated messages of false reassurance.
Pay CASH always to avoid this nightmare. Boycott apps pushing for UN cashless society agenda because there is ZERO oversight on both banks and these wallet apps.
I already got robbed of rs 800 by PayTM and rs 1200 by Mobiquick, hence I turned to Phone Pe. Now again I’m robbed!
