Pathetic experience- Recharge stucked many time

I have used phonepe app for first time and I became very irrirated using its service.I want to recharge my jio number from phonepe because there was a chashback offer of 75 ruppes.I made payment of 499 then phonepe immidiately sent cashback of 75 but there is no recharge done in my number.I had contacted customer care via mail they rrplied that it will take 3 days to get confermation on recharge after that you will get your refund if recharge is unsuccesful.I waited for three day which was very disguesting moment for me. Next day I again maike a call to customer care of phonpe but the replied that recharge is unsuccessful and refund process will take 13 day. This thing is just out of patience and reflects the bad policy of phonepe.I again make a small recharge of 10 ruppes but same issue happens there. This recharge also stucked. Then I decided to never use phonepe again.Besides this concept of app is very good layout is user friendly. Every new user easily use it. Phonepe also have UPI integration facility for esier payments but these payments are worthless for me because it doesnot work for me. If phonepe wants to play long it should work to remove such issues.
