I recharged dth through phone pe, showing transaction failed but I didnot get my money.i contact customer care, he told me to wait 8 days.after 8 days he is telling ur money has stuck with bank.contact ur bank.after visiting.bank is telling.sorry bank is not / will not responsible for this matter.there r many fraud app .u have to aware of that.bank was also telling.phone pay is thefting ur bank data.
15 days has finished but I get nothing up to now.also customer care is not responding.
after 18 days I got call from phone pay.they r blaming NPCI and told me to raise a dispute against NPCI.
bank is telling me raise dispute against phone pay.
here r the more than 1000 complain against phone pay .but not solved due to blaming each other.
