My experience with phonepe is not so good.Some days ago I want to transfar 5 rupees to my mom’s mobile through phonepe.Then 1st time I got 50% cashback balance was deducted from my account but they show me failed and try again but 2nd time happened the same but I did not able to send.so I don’t think that it is not good enough.CONCEPT: concept of the app is good they wants to give all bill paying services at home .but they don’t able to give all services in all place of India which mentioned there .
DESIGN: Design of the app is good but the design of Bill paying process of electricity is not systematic.I mean it is not state wise only electricity board are mentioned there.
FEATURES: there are so many features in the app but no one service is available for all the places of India excepting Transection.
USEFULLNESS: online service and all the services which are in the app is necessary but this app is not perfect you can use Paytm and many other app.
