I am using phonepe from a long time. I have earned a lot of cashbacks from phonepe on metro cards ( min. a cashback of rupees 5 and can be upto rupees 100) on the reharge of atleast 100 rupees which is the minimum cost u can fill in your metro card means on every metro card recharge they give Cashback, On online stores like Behrouz Biryani , freshmenu and good bowl for food they give a huge amount of cashbacks on this online stores too.
But there remains a little issues on the offline stores to pay them money through phonepe so we should check once by calling them is there phonepe is working or not. If your money get deducted to payment these offline stores and your order is also not become successful then there is no need to worry about the money because Phonepe refunds money sometimes instantly and sometime takes upto 1 week but they never take more than 1 week to refund it's is one of those reason due to which I love phonepe. If the phonepe of these offline merchants are working then u can pay them.
For casback related issues, u first check whether your transaction cashback offer is applied or not , if applied then go forward for the transaction otherwise u won't get cashback.
In terms of Cashbacks your UPI account on phonepe is a very helpful thing. Always make your UPI on phonepe by linking your bank account and some card details. By using this feature u can transfer money directly from one account to another directly at a charge of 0% which is a very good feature.
