Hi friends, here is your friend mandeep and today I will share my Bad experience with you on app that I installed phonepe app but the app is not signing in I am very disappointed due to this several times OTP came to me but when I put OTP it doesn’t take I don’t know what is a problem but if you’re not signing in to the customer it has very big issue with this app I install this app because I want to pay some money to one of my best friend but I doesn’t given him money because the app is not installed or not signing due to that I am very helpless and very disappointing moment to me.I didn’t got any sources to give feedback to phonepe App that’s why I am sharing this experience with you through this medium that they can analyse the problem and give the best solution to the customer to increase the money and give good service to us if customer is disappointed then it is very bad response to the company they have to resolve this type of issues to get good customer and increase the profit I want to tell you people that this app not given me satisfactory result to install and use this app. Many apps are available in the market like Paytm and more they are giving good service the customer care of phonepe app I didn’t got so please update your customer care information in the application of feedback of the application.I didn’t got any good features in this and the app design is quite good and the usefulness of a not good according to me I will give you 0 stars based on your proformence of this app.This is my personal review to share with you to understand this app is not good.
