Disappointing Experience Misleading Information and Poor Support
We were assured by the marketing representative at PhysicsWallah that the classes would be conducted in English. However, after enrollment, we discovered that the instruction is entirely in Hindi. This makes it extremely difficultif not impossiblefor non-Hindi speakers to follow the lessons.
Adding to the frustration, there appears to be no functional customer support. The provided customer care number does not work, and there is no clear channel to address concerns or request assistance.
This experience has been highly disappointing, and I would advise others to verify all claims independently before enrolling.
