We have a vespa with number plate: AP 09 CN 4441. Recently we have given it for servicing in* vespa showroom in baheerbagh with a complaint about side footrest.
Footrest automatically opens even if we fold / close it. Basheerbagh service center mentioned it was fixed, however when my father and mother were coming home on the bike, side footrest came out of its hinges because it had a missing screw.
My mother fell from bike and was severely injured in the accident. We shamelessly called back Basheerbagh service center for repairing the bike they have not come back with any solution,
This shear negligence on the service center and we as customers looked for better service from such reputed company. I do not know if I have to approach police for such complaints.
