We went to book a Vespa bike for my wife @ A.M Motors Padi, Chennai.
My spouse is satisfied with the test drive and want to book a bike on the auspicious day(23/04/2023).
I called their showroom staff about our arrival for the booking of vehicle,
While entering their showroom we saw few customers(whom they are waiting to take delivery of their bikes)
We waited for our turn to communicate with their staff to clarify our doubts. There is one lady staff whom seems pretended to be the owner of the shop is very rude.
Huge discrepancy in the value of the estimation which quoted by her and what we got last time(A week ago) from them.
I told her to recheck the price with manager she hesitated and replied this is not the normal bike this is vespa we are the main dealer here if your want you have to pay what I have quoted if not its your choice …
That made insulted us. We are your customer not the begger
During our conversation, A gentleman is waiting for hours to take delivery of his new bike insisted that lady to complete the process ASAP he can’t wait for so long with his wife and infant in return she replied in a rude manner.
Sir if you want your bike then you have to wait, all men staffs are gone for the lunch, I told you to come at 11.00 AM but it’s your fault you came late as a punishment you have to wait for your turn, I cannot drag a person who went for their lunch break.
Customer is asking Infront of us, there is no proper communication from your side and on behalf you are behaving very rude with us… I have made a biggest mistake booking a bike in your showroom. Its my fate
While hearing this we got frustrated,
We finally deiced to not to book a vehicle from their showroom
Poor service and Rude manner….
