Piaggio Vespa S 125

I was planning to buy one of two, Vespa S and Vespa Elegante, but I see that Piaggio is not interested in delighting the(poor and sorry) Indian customer with too many accessories. While the international website https://vespa3v.com/en/s.html lists the following 17 accessories(see list below) for Vespa S, the Indian website https://vespa.in/accessories/ has 8 common accessories for all scooters put together(2 sad vehicle body covers, 2 seat covers, 1 floor mat and 3 local chromed trims). Also I have no idea why the Vespa Elegante(the most prized option!) has no luggage hook in the front! Silly Mistake for 86000 on-road?
