I have purchased this Vespa in 2021. I really enjoyed driving this scooter as it offers good engine and comfort which I was looking for but when I went for service they are not good. Either the required parts are not available or they finish the service with out changing the required parts. I used to travel short distance only. Once I took it for a long distance about 10 km and the vehicle stoped unexpectedly and wouldn’t start.
No Machanic in nearby places in Chennai could repair it. Suddenly after half an hour it started as if nothing happened.
I came to my vespa show room and narrated the story of my suffering in the middle of the road. They said the fuel pump has failed and required replacement, which is 4500 Rs.
My Scooter is only driven for 3500 km. I am surprised to the poor quality of the components in the scooters.
I genuinely suggest Don’t Buy this Scooter because of poor quality parts and Poor service stations. No road side Machanic can repair it. Spare parts are not available other than the company showrooms and they also don’t have ready stocks.
You end up paying high cost for a worthless product and will certainly REGRET
