Vespa having some major problems

.I have purchased a Vespa in year 2013 from pune and very next year I moved to Mumbai. I would like to complain about lack of service centre in Mumbai or to say they aren’t as professional as they must be.


Furthermore, I could spot one service centre in Goregaon but experienced bad customer service. There wasn’t proper infrastructure and other facilities and poor customer service.


On another note I have been facing problem due to poor suspension which I count as manufacturing defect in my Vespa. It’s too noisy while driving.


And also main lock/ignition socket isn’t proper; Key gets stuck most of the time. I have been discussing these problems in service centre and they these are manufacturing defect. I have 5 years of warranty plan and would like to avail its benefits any-time soon.
