Pathetic team of tour operation... , Poor Coordination... Rude people...
1. They charge you for 5 Marina Dhow international boat cruise with pictures as in itinerary but actually give you a low rated not even a 1 deserving boat cruise from Deira.
2. Desert Safari they claim camel & horse ride - but never given. Vehicle too broke down half way wasting over 60 minutes. They have no time sense on SIC, they mix multiple SIC and with different time from each SIC and the local coordinator argue with you in the explanation of SIC and it is not private transport, as if you have never gone on travel or trips...
3. Even Private transport will drop you and go away, making you wait for over 60 minutes when driver says he will reach pickup point in 15 minutes in call when you are ready. Unfriendly drivers too...
4. They miss vital spots in daily tour package. But will not give you details of city tour. Untrustworthy people.
5. They will give you activity tickets as part of package but those activities time schedule they have no idea wasting your time and activities inside a park for which you need to buy separate ticket that they will not inform you.
6. The investors are told to be entrepreneurs from good software companies but even their app does not function properly, they say do not follow the app, but follow WhatsApp messages. But WhatsApp messages were not responded properly.
7. They don’t have direct coordination with any of the tour either by direct staff or no guide for any tour ... They probably work like software companies in outsourcing but very unprofessional way after taking your money ...
8. WASTE OF MONEY. PICKYOURTRAIL goes thru local suppliers for tour planning as said by their own Manager during the trip failed with bad experience but before payment, the person who plans your trip claims he has done this trip by himself and will make the experience memorable. What a lie of hoodwinking experience. Yes PICKYOURTRAIL made the experience memorable for my family how one tour operator should not be.
9. Pickyourtrail team conveniently blame their suppliers when your experience is pathetic.
10. Hotel they promote for stay is absolutely low profile for the price they display in portals you get good 5 star category hotels. Hotel stay experience too bad. .
11. Escalated on Day 1 to Pickyourtrail team about experience of the hotel and activity. Only sweet words of assurances nothing in action...
12. When they know your trip is going to end, their Manager Customer experience will connect with you to offer some cheap activities as free after knowing pretty well you have no time left. Until then they will not act to make your experience better during the trip.
13. Their app periodically ask for review rating, but sad that without giving review you cannot move to next step. Giving all hoodwinking dream they take good reviews by booking team .... What an unprofessional app system.
I have done multiple international tours with both local and other operator like MakeMyTrip but wanted to try out PICKYOURTRAIL because of credibility background of investors in the other industry, but apparently, it became like asking for heart surgery with a shoemaker because both cut & stitch. Credibility & expertise of each job is important. PICKYOURTRAIL team failed miserably scoring 0/10.
Conclusion: One word to say PICKYOURTRAIL is unprofessional, cheap, third-rated tour provider with no direct services that you can do from any neighbourhood tour operator taking same risk.
