My husband and I usually plan our vacations ourselves, but didn’t have the bandwidth to do so this year. Though initially sceptical about handing over the reins, we made the right choice with Pickyourtrail. The team was professional, swift and supportive, and made sure our itinerary was tailored to our liking, despite some of our quirky, off-beat requests (we love going off the beaten path). During our stay, there was a slight miscommunication regarding one of our transfers and the PYT team immediately reached out to apologise and were kind enough to reimburse one meal as compensation for the incident. A special shout-out to Khushi for curating our trip, Vigneshwaran and Vincent for coordinating the ticketing, and Hari for supporting us through our stay in real time. We had a lovely time!
