PictsArt is an application to edit your photos and to make different collages. My experience with this app is very poor as when I open this application lots of adds are there to intrupt your editing and to make you frustrate.
Secondly, after editing the photo from this application, the quality of the picture gets decreases and the picture became blured.
Otherwise this app is fine for editing if your origional picture is of high quality. I will give two stars to this app as I am not impressed with this app.
