This is the best photo editing app. I am using this app. I am a youtuber. I usually do photo editing in this app. I can change any backgrounds by using this. I degine my youtube thumbnails in this app only. This app can degine any photos.But I dont like one think of it, I cant save my photos with highest quality. The original quality of the photo will be no more. If the original size is 5mb, if I save from picsart it will be in kbs. I recamend the photo editors to use this app. You can degine any thing
