Picsart is one of my favorite photo editing app. I use it alot to edit my photos and make them more attractive. I was see this app first on my friends phone so I download it from PlayStore.its free of cost app but some effects are paid.
But their are many free effects the make photo more beautiful and amazing. It have many beautiful frames and beautiful masks that make photo very pretty then original one.
