I bought this product as it was looking as it was looking good in the pic and well, my mother choose it I bought bought it at very nominal price off even during Big billiob days sale. Well the product got delivered in time which was impressive, However I was told by delivery guy that other team will come for installation nobody came, then I reachex to appluance store and got a technician to come and install it for use. HE charged 500 rupees to showing his face and installing the gas. First day of usage and black colout started peeling off the burner stands due to heat. Overall the experience was short os satisfactory, I don’t know what will happen once the concks off. I never got a consistent answer on 2 yrs warranty part. Lessons learnt!
