I had purchased a Pigeon cruise 1800 watts induction stove from Amazon... After a month of use it stopped working..since it was within the warranty period, I took it to the authorised service centre at Velachery...They kept the stove for a few days and then returned it saying Pigeon( stovecraft) was not supplying them with spares...from then on tried various methods to get it repaired under the warranty...to no avail...sorry a reputed company like pigeon has such poor after sales service...
