I bought a prestige induction stove on 12.10.2012 from one of the leading shop at coonoor under serial no 031122198 model E-3.
The stove was used many times. Its shows the massage of E-7 and switched off automatically. The complaint was lodged and induction given for repair on 18.8.2013 to the shop I have purchased to my shock the service person not attended to as on date and I come to understand to that more prestige products are waiting for service at the same shop for a month.
The leading companies like prestige are interested sales & marketing only and not bothered on service after sales
