Worst after sale service !!!

Last month I purchased pigeon induction cooktop online from amazon and delivered in my home at 20/08/2017 . I have used it for 10 days and afterthat the appliance get stopped working and Then I raised a complaint in there customer service number and after that no one come’s to my home for repair of product, when I raised the complaint I got a message from them that the a techinician will visit at my home and attend my problem and the message also have the name and mobile number of the technician . So I called the technician many times and he’s not picking up my call so I called on there customer care number but they also didn’t help me a bit and after few days when I call the technician he pick’s up the call and talking to me very unprofessionally and rudely and no one come for service and support till now . Overall the company is making there product cheaply that product will stop working in few days and after that the service man doesn’t came to do there duty .It’s a tottally waste of time and money for there customer’s.
