I brought it from flipkart we brought it to make tea but within a month the appliances stopped working without any reason. When I claimed it to the pigeon center in thane the reason was give to me that it was fallen down and so it was not working, but I asked to mom about it the kittel was always on the kitchen and was never fallen.
I again complained to the service center and the service center was not in a mood to lisen. So I expended 500 rs and buyed a new plate of it.
Now its workimg fine from 4months had no issue with it.
Designe is good and a very easy to use product. Cleaning is a issue because of its small mouth ypu should have a special long brush in your house.
Worst service and support overall a bad experience.
