Bad after sales service

When my induction cooktop stopped working after 4 months ( within one year guarantee)and tried to contact customer service, I felt very bad and found their customer service website and tol free number(180042566666) is fraud. When contacted the shop they gave another number but, when contacted over phone they telling to give faulty product at the seller( we must buy from nearest shop only).When I asked if bought online( amazone, flipkart etc) they told will charge for repair even in guarantee period.
