I bought pigeon induction stove last year from Girias shop in Chennai (Rs. 2500). Below are good and bad things in it, which I experienced:
Good:
Fast and easy cooking
Simple easy buttons to use
Timer - to set the time for your cooking.
Temperature increase/decrease
Free Pigeon cooker, Tava, Kadhai, Cooking Spoon Set, one Plate set
Bad:
Not good quality of the material - my induction’s body got cracks from 4 sides
The induction coil becomes very hot suddenly and it starts giving Error 2 (then I have to wait for sometime and start again !!)
The free kadhai and spoon set is not of good quality at all !!
If you are buying it in Chennai, there are very very rare service centers for Pigeon Electronic Devices.
Well my induction is not working now. I have to repair it and then will post about the service.
In my opinion, better buy Butterfly or Bajaj induction stove. My friend are using that with no complains since last 1.5 years. Also they have more options in their stoves.
