Booked a Mumbai-Dehradun move from Pikkol and ended up with a regret for life.
Besides items being broken which carries a value that they would happily reimburse, they can never value the horrendous experience they make their customers go through.
After a week’s delay which the’MOVE MANAGERS’ never knew why it happened, One day I got a call that the truck has entered Dehradun and will reach in 30mins. I stand at the gate, and brief the security to let the truck in. Only to realise after an hour that my stuff has not even left Delhi. It finally comes after an 11day delay!
Fragile items box was kept at the bottom of the stack. if a company and its employees who don’t know or can’t practice this basics of moving stuff, its better they not be given your stuff, even if they move it for free!
And to top it off! they also send cockroaches with your stuff.
so I go one step ahead than giving you an advise, I urge you to give Pikkol a complete miss when you decide for choosing your moving partner!
