Valuable items stolen, missing boxes, threatening call, no tracking service, no labors for unloading consignment
We lost almost 2 lakhs worth of items during this movement.
Following are the highlighted experience from Pikkol
1) Worst service, valuable items intentionally stolen from the carton box, missing sarees trolley bag, no way to track your consignment movement
2) out of 50 shipped items, one carton box and one trolley bag were missing. Moreover, all the 25 carton boxes were damaged and intentionally opened up to steal the valuable items
3) Missing 1 carton box was packed with Brass metal vessels, Missing 1 trolley bag was packed with my wife’s traditional sarees and dresses.
4) Missing item from one of the carton box contains my wife’s wedding lehenga
5) Missing laptop from the carton
Two day before the delivery my father received threatening call from the driver that you have to arrange your labors yourself otherwise he will leave the consignment on the road.
Even though I had reported each incident over the email to the pikkol but no action was taken by their team.
It looks pikkol’s transport team intentionally open up the box, took the valuable items and somehow repacked damage boxes in the warehouse before transporting the consignment.
We are yet to received the missing items.
