Pathetic Customer Support & Rude Behaviour

Pathetic Customer Support & Rude Behaviour by Operations Manager Mr.Sheeju Sri Ram.


I used Pikkol to shift my house from Bangalore to Hyderabad.


Glass Top Dining Table was damaged during Packing itself by poor handling by the Pikkol Team.


After written & telephone complaint to Mr.Kumar, there is no solution provided at all. They say their Delight Team will look into it, but no mention of the same from Pikkol.


As per their guidelines to intimate the Pikkol Team 4-5 days in advance for delivery, we did write a mail 9 days in advance for delivery.


On the due date of Delivery out of curiosity about the shipment, we tried to reach Pikkol Team for tracking the delivery process , but customer care doesn’t responds to Calls. Delivery Manager also doesn’t even pick the call.


After so much of follow up Mr.Sheeju Operations Manager calls & says it be delayed by another 04 days .On discussion he speaks very rudely to customer.


Big Mistake by choosing Pikkol
