I am being harassed by this Honda two-wheeler dealer named Pilot Honda at Bhandup(West) Branch.
I had purchased a Honda bike on 1st of Nov. But I have not received my engine warranty papers yet..
They killed my valuable time by just diverting calls with each other. They don’t have any register of customer request.
Every other day, showroom staff come up with new excuses and promises.
I think they don’t know what is an after sale service.
Sorry to register with you that I can not recommend any of my peers to enter into any relation with this showroom.
I don’t understand how come such ignorant and reluctant people have got authority to run India’s top automobile company’s showroom.
Such an experience really defames the loyalty of Honda.
