I am being harassed by this Honda 2 wheeler dealer.I booked the bike on 6th March and was promised a delivery upon payment & required document submission, within 7 days, with registration. As I wanted the bike as soon as possible, I have done the full payment in cash, including registration charges on 13-March. Submitted the required documents they asked for. On that day I was promised for the delivery in a weeks time.
But I got the bike only on 2nd of April again without registration papers & without number plates too. Now the the dealer says it will take few more days for registration. Dealer asked for cash for speedy process, but after payment, he’s delaying and giving only excuses. Now they are saying RTO rules have changed from 1st April and some other documents required from court , like affidavit etc, for which I ll have to take a day off. This dealer is playing April Fool prank with me.This dealer is not trust worthy. No one should consider this dealer for buying a bike.
Again I am not sure is this of Honda policy to harass customers, or the dealer has some problem with me. City - Mumbai Dealer - Pilot Honda , Mulund(W), Mumbai Bike - Honda CB Twister.
