I visited Pind Balluchi in Mulund twice and am glad that I could make up my mind never to go there again. The first time we went there was a weekday, hence no crowd (which means the entire Hotel staff was at your service). However the next time I went wasa Sunday evening. There were quite many people waiting for a table and an attendant to jot down the names.
This was the first harrowing experience. We waited for an hour (inspite of a waiting time of 20 mins) during which we went n number of times to the staff asking when the table would be free. After a countdown of 5mins to 2mins we finally got an answer from that pathetic female that she had totally forgotten about the names written on the previous page and that she would have the next available table for us. These guys need to be taught some mannerisms and politeness. The staff responsible for arranging tables is arrogant and outright rude having no respect for customers whatsoever.
Utter waste of money and time.
